How to Check Data Balance on SPECTRANET, Ntel, SMILE and  SWIFT Internet Subscriptions

To check your data balance while using SPECTRANET, Ntel, SMILE and  SWIFT data bundles, use the following steps:


Check Data Balance on SPECTRANET

  1. Visit
  2. Click on the tab menu usually at the top right.
  3. Scroll to ‘Support’
  4. Next, select ‘Selfcare” and enter your login details.
  5. Select ‘Data Balance’ or “Account Summary’ and click to view your data balance.
  6. Alternatively, contact customer support via the ‘contact us’ channels on the website.


Check Data Balance on SWIFT

  1. Visit and select ‘Self Service’.
  2. Click on ‘User Login’ and enter your Swift login details.
  3. Upon successful login, click on ‘Account Summary’ to view your data balance.
  4. Contact customer support if you’ve forgotten your login details.


Check Data Balance on Ntel

  1. Visit and login.
  2. Click on the menu button and select ‘Balances’.
  3. You can also select the ‘Bundles’ option and expand the + sign to view purchase and expiry dates of your internet plan(s).

Check Data Balance on SMILE

  1. Visit
  2. Login to ‘Customer Service’ portal and view your data bundle balance.
  3. Contact support via phone or email or live support if available if the login option fails.
